This Route 32 minibus, BVV 510, was observed at midday on Thursday, obstructing the free flow of traffic at the intersection at the Demerara Harbour Bridge.

It has become a norm for vehicles turning right at the Harbour Bridge, to utilize the south bound lane, thereby blocking the flow of traffic.
