OVER the last few hours, rotting and otherwise shaky utility poles have been uprooted or left leaning dangerously in residential areas in and around the city.
Residents are inviting representatives of the Guyana Telephone and Telegraph and the Guyana Power and Light companies to have their emergency crews visit these areas.
