THE Guyana Chronicle wishes to apologise for an erroneous headline which appeared in the Thursday, August 4, 2016 edition of the newspaper to the effect that: “Gov’t considering work permits for Int’l students.” That headline should have read: “Gov’t could consider work permits for int’l students.”
