The Guyana Chronicle is apologising for a statement within an article published on the 14th day of June, 2016 which stated that “…Digicel admitted liability….” for an accident that occurred on the 6th day of June, 2016 in Albouystown. The accident was caused as a result of the negligence of the driver of vehicle PMM 2216, who has since been charged and is set to appear in court.
