THIS weekend, entertainers have ensured that as February 23 draws ever closer, there is no shortage of places to go or things to do, even without the customary ‘Mash Day’ costume and float parade.PULSE ENTERTAINMENT
This being the case, the Palm Court is where the action will be for Pulse’s Calendar of events.
So, start the weekend right by turning up the heat tonight at the ‘TEMPERATURE SOCA PARTY’, or get wild tomorrow night at the ‘SOCA IN THE JUNGLE’.
Party until dawn at the ELECTRIC JOURVET PARTY on MONDAY, then celebrate Mashramani with Pulse’s signature COOLER FETE AND PARTY TRUCK at the Everest Cricket Ground.
If after all that, you’ve still got some energy left, then head on back over to the Palm Court on Tuesday night for ‘ONE MORE WINE’.
STAGE 4
Stage 4 Entertainment will also be hosting a three-day fete at the Parade Ground. TOMORROW, party to the sounds from local artistes Kwesi Ace, Shelly G, Jackie Jaxx and more. On SUNDAY, get crazy with ‘Soca Madness’ featuring performances by Destra and Farmer Nappy. Then on Monday, take it up a notch with the likes of Bunji Garlin, Jaiga TC and Lyrical.
GRAVITY
Gravity Lounge has its share of entertainment in store as well: Tonight, head over to the club in the sky for ‘Mash’ featuring a live performance by Antiguan Soca artiste Ricardo Drue or party with Peter Ram tomorrow at the “Soca for Life Party”.
CHILDREN’S MASHRAMANI
There may not be a big float parade, but that won’t stop the local schools from having their children enjoy the festivities of Mashramani in the Children’s Mash Parade tomorrow. The Parade starts at 10:00hrs, starting at Vlissengen Road and ends at the National Park.
