THE French Consulate in Guyana on Tuesday opened a Book of Condolence for the victims of the attacks in Paris.The Book of Condolence is open to members of the public in the Honorary Consulate of France at 276 B Peter Rose Street, Queenstown, Georgetown from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs The activity will conclude on Wednesday (today).
In a statement the consulate said: “This tragedy in France was a result of Paris being targeted by six (6) terrorist attacks which provoked 129 deaths and 352 injured. This attack represents a hit for “all the humanity and our universal values.”
