ACTING Chief Justice Mr. Ian Chang, S.C., last Friday granted seven petitioners bail amounting to $3,805,000 pending determination of their cases.

Particulars are as follows:
For the offence of robbery under arms, Audill Doobay was placed on $1.4M bail, and Kurt Kendall was placed on $800,000 bail.

For forgery, Mahese Baichan was placed on $125,000 bail.

For trafficking in narcotics, Shanol Nichols was placed on $600,000 bail.

For breaking into a property with intent to commit a felony, K.O.H. Mc Common was placed on $80,000 bail.

For attempting to commit murder, Leon Mouderson was placed on $300,000 bail.

And for simple larceny, Kweusi Langhorne was placed on $500,000 bail. (George Barclay)
