A GROUP of biking enthusiasts calling themselves Forest Bike-Advent Tours last Friday (Boxing Day) pre-launched an Off-Road Biking Tourism initiative with a road trip from Georgetown to Bartica. Among the 12 bikers on the trip were Team Leader, Jaime Hall; Club Monaco proprietor, Leonard Shim; Biker Fest promoter, Roger Gilgeous; and Gavin Gouveia.

The goal of Forest Bike-Advent Tours, according to Hall, is to conduct guided adventure tours to far-reaching villages and communities across the country’s forested areas.
