HEAD of the Presidential Secretariat, Dr. Roger Luncheon yesterday said the best is being hoped for in connection with Office of the President’s (OP) Presidential Advisor, Navin Chandarpal who is currently battling cancer.
Luncheon was speaking with reporters following his weekly post-Cabinet press briefing at OP, in Georgetown. “He is deteriorating but I am told he is much better. He is out of the Intensive Care. I actually believe he is home with his family in New York and getting outpatient treatment,” Luncheon informed.
Chandarpal once served as Minister of Agriculture.
