POLICE are investigating a fatal accident that occurred on the Goedverwagting Railway Embankment, East Coast Demerara at about 22:30 hours on Thursday resulting in the death of 58-year-old Wallace Nurse of Sparendaam, ECD.

Investigations revealed that Wallace Nurse was driving motor cycle CC 9486 when he collided with the open door of a parked car, and was pronounced dead on arrival at the GPHC.
The driver of the motor car is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
