MEDICAL practitioner Dr. Ganesh Shiv Kumar, trading under the name and style of Dr. Ganesh Poly Clinic, in St. Ann Street, New Amsterdam, Berbice, was fined a total of $15,000 on Monday, after he admitted failing to submit Property Tax returns to Commissioner General Khurshid Sattaur of the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA).
