POLICE say 29-year-old Jason Fraser was shot and injured in his abdomen at about 10:15hrs Friday, when he thwarted an attempt to rob the Mexican Grille and Bar on Water Street, Georgetown by a man brandishing a handgun.
The perpetrator managed to escape, but Jason Fraser has been admitted to hospital, and investigations are in progress.
