GLENROY Brown, of Princes and Lombard Streets, Squatting Area in Georgetown, was remanded to prison yesterday on an indictable larceny charge.The 43-year-old appeared before Magistrate Ann McLennan accused of having, between January 3 and 4, at Lombard Street, stolen one chainsaw, one cellular phone and one torchlight, together value $241,174, property of John Marshall.
The accused was not required to plea but claimed the virtual complainant was lying on him.
He also said he is suffering from a bad kidney but the case was put off to January 20.
