Court told… Kidney of wounding victim removed

THE victim of an October 27 wounding, Carls Dale, is still hospitalised.

His kidney was removed due to the injuries suffered Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan was told, when his alleged attacker Victor Pindar alias ‘Poison’ appeared in Court.
The defendant, of Lot 295 West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was remanded to prison on a charge of unlawful and malicious wounding.
The offence was, allegedly committed in Cross Street, with intent to commit murder, said Police Corporal Dinero Jones, prosecuting.
The investigating policeman said the prisoner had given his name as Sherwin Pindar.
Bail was refused and Pindar is to be back in Court on November 27 for a report, as well.
