FIFTY-YEAR-OLD Keith Bailey, of Lot 492 North East La Penitence, Georgetown, was remanded to prison yesterday, on a drug trafficking charge.

He appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore and pleaded not guilty to having 40 grammes of cannabis sativa (marijuana) for the purpose on Tuesday, May 28, at North East La Penitence.
Police Sergeant Ramsahoye Rambajue, prosecuting, successfully objected to bail, citing the penalty attached to the offence and the case was put off to June 10.
