I WISH to respond to Freddie Kissoon’s rant, in the Kaieteur News (23/04/2013) under the caption: ‘I did not sue President Jagdeo for libel’, which is a response to what Peter Ramsaroop (was reported in the media to have said).
It would appear as though Freddie Kissoon is running scared and wants his case to be tried by the public.
Freddie said: “Finally, one needs to remind Mr. Ramsaroop that Mr. Jagdeo’s chief witness Roger Luncheon, as reported in the media, could not recollect in about 90 percent of the questions put to him who were the people that received concessions, contracts and employment from Mr. Jagdeo’s government, hardly a help to Mr. Jagdeo’s case.”
This is attempting to try your case in the public Freddie!
This is as reported in the media Freddie? Or is it you who’s not reporting what the media reported?
If there was a gag on this case then you should be hauled before the court for discussing your case in public.
The media have the right to report and be reminded that journalists’ opinions are not news.
It’s your words that matter most in this case and you should never be allowed to try your case in the public.
The Guyanese public knows Nigel Hughes was the instigator of what took place on the Agricola Public Road.
It was Nigel Hughes who (it is alleged) organised and instigated the Agricola brutality on Indians where (black) thugs attacked, beat, robbed and sexually molested Indians on Agricola Public Road.
You yourself injected race by saying you are ashamed to be an East Indian.
Ask your mom and dad, the people who made you, if that’s not racism too.
Nigel Hughes must be made to answer for what he organised and instigated on Agricola Public Road on Indians.
