LEGAL pundits will breathe a sigh of relief with the news that instead of two judges, three will now preside at the Demerara Criminal Sessions beginning on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

Those judges are Justice Roxanne George Wiltshire; Justice Dawn Gregory and Justice Navindra Singh.
The opening of that session will be marked by the traditional ceremonial parade.
