KRISHNADAT Jagmohan (no address given) appeared in court yesterday, charged with using threatening and abusive language to his sister, Reshma Jagmohan. Before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges, which stated that the offences were committed on November 3.
The defendant told the court that he bought a pair of long boots for $12,000 and his siste¡¯s husband cut them, causing him to become annoyed and abuse the man.
He denied abusing his sister and was put on $18,000 bail until November 14.
