Fuel arrives in Linden

THERE are fresh reports that a consignment of fuel arrived just after Lunch on Sunday in the mining town of Linden to replenish the power plant operations. According to reports from the mining town, tankers were allowed in after some workers negotiated the clearing of the Kara Kara Bridge to allow the tankers in.
The protesters however replaced the blockades after the fuel enter and have urged that any further fuel deliver be made by way of river.
The same source in Linden also confirmed that the tankers were able to deliver the fuel to the power plant.(Inews)
