COURTS, in partnership with the Guyana Fashion Weekend (GFW) team will launch a ‘Furniture Fashion In-Store Show’ at Courts Main Store once again, today, at 16.00 hrs on the Top Floor of the store. Courts, in partnership with the GFW’s Model Search team will attempt to make its furniture fashionable. The store will be transferred into a huge catwalk with models using the latest in its furniture lines.
“The best in contemporary and timeless furniture from the Island Home and Ashley Collections will be on display with over 30 models and 10 designers from GFW,” the store said in an advisory yesterday.
It noted that last year the theme of the ‘‘n-store fashion show’ celebrated the year of the People of African Descent. “However, this year we are celebrating your Sense of Style with a more modern, contemporary design,” Courts stated.
Courts Guyana Inc. also indicated that it is “honoured and energized about supporting the Fashion Industry as we realize the involvement in the development of youths in Guyana, and to align fashion and ‘choices’ with everyone’s individual furniture taste, thus staying true to our mission of Bringing Value Home”.
