STEVE Richards (no address given) appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on a felonious wounding charge yesterday and was remanded to prison. He is charged, indictably, with having, on July 3,  unlawfully and maliciously wounded Merlyn Allen with intent to maim, disfigure or cause grievous bodily harm.
The accused was refused bail because he could not provide the court with a proper address and Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, objected to the grant on that ground.
The case will be called, again, on July 23.
