NARENDRA Persaud (no address given) appeared before Sparendaam Magistrate, Alex Moore yesterday, charged with failing a breathalyzer test on April 16 on the Beterverwagting Public Road, East Coast Demerara, hence not being able to fully control the vehicle he was driving. He pleaded guilty to the charge, and was fined $7,500. The particulars of his offence were also endorsed on his driver‘s licence.
