BANKS DIH Limited handed over a ‘Canon’ photocopier and camera to Suddie Primary School, on Essequibo Coast, during a special assembly there last Friday. Banks Communications Manager, Mr. Troy Peters presented the equipment and noted the company’s active role in boosting education delivery countrywide.
“We have been at the forefront of assisting schools across Guyana, annually, to boost the delivery of education and I am extremely pleased to be here today to present these two pieces of equipment on behalf of the Board, management and staff of Banks DIH,” he said.
According to him, two other schools on the Essequibo Coast –  Riverstown Nursery and Huist t’Dieren Primary, recently received donations of $50,000 each from the Chairman, Mr. Clifford Reis, at the Banks DIH stakeholders’ meeting at Airy Hall.
