I wish to utilise your letters column to thank Dr. P. Soni and the staff of the Caribbean Heart Institute with respect to their excellent role in ensuring my survival as I underwent a medical heart procedure sometime ago. In addition, I wish to thank Dr. Munesh Prasad for his contributions to my welfare, as a son.
I cannot ever forget the kindness of Mr. Mohandatt Goolsarran of the National Centre for Educational Research for his fatherly extension of understanding and compassion and to those who afforded me their support.
I’m so glad to be alive and well.
