IT’s here at last! The time has come for us to make our decision. And we have but one choice. There can be no other than to vote for the implementation of principles based on justice, fairplay and honesty.
The impartial aspects of the local press have been consistent in pointing out the supporters of these principles. Let us be guided by them. The implementation of an appropriate programme supersedes everything else. And this is no insignificant exercise. Remember that the Guyana issue is but a mini version of a bigger global issue of which the present financial crisis is but one aspect only.
All these issues both local and international have to do with morality and ethics. So our vote can have far-reaching effects. Let us do our duty and do it well. Vote for justice and fairplay.
