IN our Page 16 (Centre page) coverage of the Investiture Ceremony on Saturday October 22, last, we inadvertently carried a photo with the caption Guyana Defence Force (GDF) Colonel Julian Lovell receives the Military Service Medal. In fact the photo was that of Colonel Mark Phillips.
Today, we publish a photograph of Colonel Julian Bruce Lovell, second-in-charge of the GDF as he received the Medal of Service from President Bharrat Jagdeo.
