THE CN Sharma saga continues and all the circumstances point to a massive fabrication/conspiracy conceived and nurtured by Guyana of low moral fibre and worthless individuals who delight in the notoriety which the opposition press and TV proclaim. When Sharma announced that he was pressured to ‘pull the rug’ from under Ram and Gaskin from their programme, their body language betrayed the conspiracy. Ram and Gaskin were grinning and Gaskin was going on and on that no one can prevent him from speaking, Ram had to restrain him, laughing all the time. They had planned all along to abort the programme and sinister minds developed the idea to blame it on someone who pressured him, Ram, to pull the rug.
Sharma boasted that he is a ‘yes man’ and will do whatever the authorities directed, even if to give up the death announcements. With such bravado why does he not name the person who pressured him to do what happened? But strange enough, although he was instructed to ban Ram and Gaskin, yet that same evening Ram conducted a programme interviewing two persons from Linden.
So the plan has been exposed – to blame the authorities for interfering with his programming. Ram, Gaskin and Sharma are looking for sympathy. But can anyone believe whatever Sharma says when one takes into account his past performances? When he was charged and placed before the court for serious criminal offences against young females he feigned illness and was taken away on a stretcher. He closed his eyes and when he felt persons were around he peeped at them. He tried to get medical reports and when he was invited to go to the hospital for medical examination he declined. The doctors properly rejected his claim to illness. He inveigled the Court to grant him permission to leave the country for urgent medial attention. He spent the time overseas in a five-star hotel.
Following up on this at Dr Luncheon’s press conference yesterday a newsman from TV Channel 7 turned up with instructions to harass and cause trouble. Neither Gordon Moseley nor Enrico Woolfird attended but sent the Indian looking reporter to do their bidding. Wiser counsel intervened and sought the assistance of a security guard to oversee what was happening.
I am asking the citizenry to be alert and be guided not by sentiments but by your gut feeling. Election time is the ‘silly’ season and we have seen the antics of so many silly ones who ignore reality and live in a dream world.
Sharma’s pressure story part of a sinister plan
