– Application of injunction suspended
THE Roraima Airways Inc. notes that extensive media publicity has been given, apparently at the deliberate instance of Toral
Kowlessar, to an ex-parte injunction filed by Kowlessar, against Gerald Gouveia, in connection with Roraima Residence Inn. Reacting to the publicity, the Roraima Residence Inn said, “We wish to point out that the attorneys representing Mr. Gouveia had
immediately and before media publication of the matter, filed an application for the discharge of the injunction.”
The Court, as a consequence, has ruled the suspension of the injunction  pending the matter being heard before the Court.
“ It is unfortunate that Mr. Kowlessar has sought to mislead the media by not informing them of the action taken by the Court in
suspending the application of the injunction,” according to Roraima Residence Inn.
