NORMAN Madhoo continued his excellent darts form, when the Guyana Darts Association (GDA) held their Power Darts tournament sponsored by Amrol and Sons Tyre & Auto Spares, Digital Technology, Lall Auto Spares and Vash Tec Auto Spares respectively. In the Draw Doubles Madhoo teamed up with Lallchand Rambahrose to capture the title from the pair of Anil Latchman and Colin France by three games to two, with Sudesh Fitzgerald and Anup Latchman losing out to Mark Persaud and Wilfred Jagnarine in the semifinals.
The Open Singles saw Madhoo eliminating Fitzgerald in the quarterfinals, Rambharose in the semi final and Anil Latchman in the finals, with Jagnarine being the other loosing semi finalist.
Madhoo also won the 180 points cash prize by throwing it thrice and the highest check out also finishing a game with 146 points.
