THE man arrested after eluding Police for five years, appeared in Court yesterday, on a murder charge.

Alvin Ganga (no address given) was remanded to prison after Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry read the charge which said he, on May 14, 2005, murdered Desmond Henry.
The case was then transferred to the Matthew’s Ridge Court, in North West District where the offence was allegedly committed, for February 1, 2011.
