RHTGG, Young Warriors to clash in Busta Champion of Champions final today

ROSE Hall Town Gizmos and Gadgets (RHTGG) and one of their arch rivals, Young Warriors Cricket Club, will today  clash in the final of the Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club (RHTYSC)-organised Busta Champion of Champions tournament at the Area ‘H’ ground from 09:30 h.
National all-rounder Esaun Crandon will lead the home team’s effort with both ball and bat and is expected to receive support from national middle order batsman Royston Crandon, Delbert Hicks, Renwick Batson, Jason Sinclair, Eon Hooper and Dominic Rickie.

Esaun Crandon and Renwick Batson will share the new ball for RHTGG whose bowling attack is based on spin with off-spinners Royston Crandon, Lloydel Lewis, Eon Hooper and Troy Mathieson along with leg-spinners Ravi Narine and Shawn Perreira doing the bulk of the bowling.
Leading Young Warriors will be veteran all-rounder Anil Beharry and their batting will be based on national players Richard Ramdeen and Gajanand Singh.
They will be supported by Maxie De Jonge, Farouk Hussain, Seon Hetmyer, Balram Samaroo, Ishwar Singh and promising Under-13 player Shimron Hetmyer.
Berbice ‘A’ Team left-arm pacer Devendra Ramoutar and Amir Rahaman would open the bowling with Beharry, Gajanand Singh, Samaroo, Hussain, Kevin Ramdeen and Daryl Narine offering support with their spin.
The winning team will receive $80 000 and the Busta Trophy, the runners-up $40 000 while the Man-of-the-Final would receive $5 000 and a trophy.  Managing Director of the Guyana Beverages Company, Robert Selman, and Marketing Manager Shamiza Yadram would meet both teams.
Umpires are Dhieranidranauth Somwaru, Rafik Latiff and Clement Brusche.
