FREDDIE Kissoon has always been saying that Guyana will not get one cent from Norway. Now that we will be receiving US$30M he must be eating his shoes. He said the PPP will lose the next election. Then they will not win a majority. Then the combined opposition must boycott the election in 2011. Now he is saying it seems that the PPP will receive about ninety percent of the votes cast.
