HOLY Trinity Church, at Anna Regina, Essequibo Coast, has announced a week of activities to mark its 124th anniversary. Church Secretary, Ms. Roxanne Smith said a special dedication service will be held on Wednesday, September 29.
It will be preceded by a procession from La Belle Alliance to the place of worship where a grand service and rally will be hosted.
The programme begins on Sunday September 26 with a harvest thanksgiving service, health talk and quiz.
On Monday members will be involved in preparing the church building and compound for the functions that include a panel discussion on Tuesday.
A release said, on September 30, there will be a camp fire and bible stories would be told in the compound and, on Friday, an entertainment concert will be staged in the Church Hall.
A day of sports at Richmond Ground, also on Essequibo Coast, will conclude the celebratory series on Saturday, October 2.
