THE Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha will be hosting the Lil Champs of India at a grand show to be held at the Starlite, East Coast Demerara. The young singers Hemant, Shreyas and Yatharth will perform alongside little Bak Bak machine Afsha Musani accompanied by musicians from India. The Dharmic Nritya Sangh, dance troupe of Guyana Hindu Dharmic will be performing vibrant dances in the lively programme planned for August 8. Showtime is at 7pm.
The Sabha said after the unfortunate no-show of the Lil Champs in May due to circumstances beyond its control, the organisation had been making every effort to bring the artistes to Guyana within the shortest time. The date was recently confirmed with ZEETV and all arrangements are in place. The performers are set to arrive in Suriname on Monday from India. They will be in Guyana on the 7th of August to prepare for the show on August 8.
An exciting evening of great entertainment is planned. Tickets are $3,000 and $1,500 and are on sale at Bhagwan’s – Water Street, Harrinarine’s – Regent Street, The Dharmic Kendra – Prashad Nagar and the Murti Shop – West Coast Demerara.
