Yesterday, the third Cabinet outreach for the year was conducted in Region Three (Essequibo Islands/West Demerara) which saw teams of ministers, passing through various communities including Zeelugt, Vergenoegen, Ruby/Good Hope, Farm, Parika Hydronie and Hubu, after which President Bharrat Jagdeo met with thousands of residents at the head of the Tuschen Housing Scheme.
