IT is at the point of disgust that I wish to sound my voice on this issue of child molestation in Guyana. There are enough laws in Guyana to go after child molesters. These laws must be enforced to the fullest to bring an end to this scourge in society. Everyone of us decent -minded Guyanese have a responsibility to speak up, take a stand and come out in all ways and forms possible against child molesters.
The government must go to all lengths to protect our children from these predators who exploit the innocence of the children using money and their power of influence and authority to achieve their dirty aims.  Children should not suffer in this manner at no point in their life.
Child molesters should be jailed and given treatment in jail.
