CECIL Smith also known as Shawn, who confessed to being an HIV/AIDS victim was,  on Thursday last, remanded to prison on an incest charge.
Before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, it was alleged that the accused, 35, of Lot 668 East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, had carnal knowledge of a 15-year-old girl on August 7, 2009.
The Court ordered a probation report on the case and it was postponed to May 3.
Smith was the second man charged with the sex offence in the same Court.
The other, Roger Gibson (no address given) also faced an indictable charge,  that said he committed the crime on a female, without her consent, last April 1.
He, too, was refused bail and remains on remand in prison through April 29.
