Time for new CARICOM leadership

IT has been years now that anything economically significant has been achieved by CARICOM. I think it is time for Mr. Carrington to step down and allow fresh blood into the scene. The CARICOM body has been doing a lot of talking and lots of plans afoot and spending a lot of money over the decades but no significant tangible economic achievement to date. I think Mr. Carrington has served well but the time has come for new ideas with a new vision to meet our ever changing environment.
