EQUIPMENT worth million of dollars comprised the booty that was taken from HBTV, at Lot BB 2-3 Mandela Avenue, East La Penitence, Georgetown on Wednesday night.

The place was broken into during heavy rainfall when burglars wrenched open a window on the lower flat of the building and gained entry.

One computer, two cameras, a transmission mixer were among the things stolen from the studio.

The lone security guard who was on duty then has since been questioned by Police who are in possession of video footage taken at the scene.

The loss was discovered when employees went to work yesterday morning.
