SECRETARY of the Strategic Action Security Services Ltd, Roopnarine Tiwari, has applied for an interim injunction against the Attorney General, the Permanent Secretary of Local Government and Regional Development, and Executive Officers of Regions, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 for breach of five agreements made on February 1, 2008, whereby the plaintiff suffered loss and damage.

He is also asking the Court for an injunction restraining the fourth-named defendant, Roshan Khan, from in any way suborning the loyalty of the plaintiff’s employees or from encouraging or forcing them to join his security service and breach their contract with the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is also asking for a declaration that the award of the contact to the fourth-named defendant is wrongful, unlawful, void and of no effect.

The plaintiff is also claiming from the defendants damages in excess of $50,000 against the first, second and third-named defendants for breach of Agreements made on the 1st February, 2008, whereby the plaintiff suffered loss and damage.
