I was very pleased and elated at the commissioning of the new power plant in Kingston.
This means that Georgetown will be a bright City at nights, and residents can enjoy what ever appliances they have purchased without power interruption.
This means progress and the naysayers hate this under the present government.
They want everything to fail, and will do anything to accomplish this.
With this in mind, and the recent devastating fires on government buildings, I am appealing to the powers that be not to spare any effort in protecting the power plant. This will be costly, but considering the alternative it will be worth it in the long run.
Employees of the plant must be scrutinised intensely and visitors rigorously questioned.
Protecting the plant must be priority #1.
