MARK Glasgow, of Lot 687 East Ruimveldt appeared before Magistrate Priya Beharry to answer a simple larceny charge.

He pleaded guilty to the charge, which stated that on November 19, he stole one pedal cycle valued $50,000 property of Dexter Forester.

The defendant told the court that he borrowed the cycle after the virtual complainant gave him permission.

However, the virtual complainant said he never lend the cycle to the defendant.

The magistrate entered a not guilty plea for the defendant and he was put on $30,000 bail. The matter was transferred to another court for December 3.
