DANIEL Singh, in his letter of July 27th (GC) alluded to something he says is “so-called science”. He didn’t say which science he was referring to. I wonder when Mr. Singh goes to see his doctor if that practitioner of medical science is performing “so-called medicine”? More than any other American writer to this newspaper, Daniel Singh is undermining the intellectual growth and mental acuity of Guyanese. His letters, bereft of any social, academic or scholarly value, are a disservice to this nation. Singh’s ongoing fundamentalist clap-trap serves only to rot the brains of our nation’s young.
