IS it only me that perceives what is going on currently as an embarrassment to and of the West Indian people as a whole! The Board cannot and should not be allowed to continue to cut their nose to spite their face, in a fit of petulance, by selecting a less than second rate team and call it the West Indies team. Besides being the laughing stock of the cricketing world, the economical loss is astronomical.

There should be an urgent meeting of some superseding council to suspend the current board immediately, rescind any recent policy (e.g. the 30 man pool) and return the team to some semblance of respectability. Subsequently, this board should be held to account for the significant loss of image and economic opportunity, and then fired supplanting them with other competent leadership.
