IT gives me great pleasure to pen this letter in appreciation of the Housing Ministry and its staff and other agencies that graced Region Nine recently with the ‘One Stop Shop’ housing programme.

It is the first time in many years since I have seen such action taken to ensure that persons have access to their own homes.

This is a remarkable moment for me especially my children who were able to have their matters dealt with in a short space of time.

I must say that we have never have such swift action taken in the region to have our matters addressed as it relates to housing and other matters.

As our region continues to grow and expand with more homes and commercial activities much will be there to look forward to for our region.

The Housing Ministry must be commended for developing such an initiative.
