According to Corlette Kwame McCoy of the National Communications Network (NCN) who is also a Councillor of the Regional Democratic Council (RDC), Region # 4 orchestrated a systematic creation of disorder at a community meeting at Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke/Linden Highway on Sunday May 31, 2009 at approximately 14:30 hours

“As a consequence of the actions of Mr. McCoy, with the support of Agent Provocateurs, the Regional Chairman adjourned the meeting to another date and time which would be published and to which the press would be invited,” Corlette said

The Regional Chairman said in response to several complaints from residents about issues of concern to them arranged a community meeting for 14:00 hours on May 31 at the Yarrowkabra outpost and patient waiting centre.
