Relations could be strengthened through exchange visits of Arts and Cultural events and a stimulus towards our local entertainment arena could be to collaborate with South American Consulates to introduce/organise a “Ball Room Dancing Event” with professional dancers from the region.
Just imagine a night of the Rumba or the Argentine Tango.
