Keoma Ted Fraser of Three and a Half Miles, Potaro Road, Bartica, appeared before Magistrate Caressa Henry at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
Fraser pleaded guilty to the offence, which was brought under Section 39A(1) of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act, Chapter 51:02, as amended by the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2022.
