On September 24, 2026, the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg signed an Air Services Agreement. The agreement was signed by Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation of Guyana and Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Minister for Development Co-operation and Humanitarian Affairs.
