POLICE on Tuesday issued a wanted bulletin for Satrohan Rajkumar called ‘Depo’ in connection with the 2021 murder of Ricardo Fagundes, called “Paper Shorts.”
According to the wanted bulletin, the force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating him. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest police station, call 911, or any of the numbers listed on the bulletin.
Fagundes, 42, who had been linked to convicted drug trafficker Roger Khan, was riddled with bullets outside Palm Court on Main Street, Georgetown, in March 2021.
His murder returned to national attention in 2022 when former Police detective Dion Bascom publicly alleged that senior officers had interfered with the investigation and claimed that Mark Richmond, a former employee of Mohamed’s Enterprise Security Service and members of the Mohamed family were implicated in the killing.
Those allegations prompted an independent review by the Regional Security System (RSS).
While the regional body examined claims of police misconduct, it ultimately found no evidence that investigators had deliberately covered up the murder, concluding that the accusations were unsupported and largely based on hearsay.
Police have since reopened the investigation, resulting in several recent arrests including Richmond.
